JKBOSE 10th & 12th Exam Form 2025: Last Date, Fee Structure

The JKBOSE has officially published a notification for Fresh Private Students for Exam Form. The 10th 12th Exam Form submission process is open for re-appear, failure, improvement of performance, and fresh private candidates of Class 10th amd 12th of both Soft and Hard Zone areas. Students who have failed in the Examination and want to reappear in the Examination or those students who wish to improve their performance, or are students appearing as private candidates are eligible to submit their forms.

The board has released detailed schedule, fee structure, and guidelines to ensure that all the students who wants to submit form can do so without any issue. It’s important for all candidates to follow all these guidelines to avoid any complications or Form cancellation by JKBOSE. The examination forms are available offline and students need to submit at their respective schools or JKBOSE offices. Heads of institutions can charge total 30 rupees from each candidate (20 Form charges + 10 Institutional Charges).

Eligibility Criteria

The JKBOSE has Released the Eligibility in the Notification regarding who cam Submit the Exam Form. Below are all the Eligibility Criteria for students before starting the Form Submission:

Fresh Private Candidates: Must meet the eligibility requirements as per JKBOSE norms.
Re-appear/Failure Candidates: Students who have failed in previous sessions can apply.
Additional/Optional Subjects: The Candidates who are appearing for additional or optional subjects, English only, or under the completion category are eligible to submit the examination form.
Improvement of Performance: Candidates seeking to improve their performance in Class 12th can apply as per the board’s guidelines.

Application Process

The application process is straightforward but requires attention to detail:

Reappear/Failure Candidates: Visit to your respective school amd Collect Pre-filled forms, Pay the application Fee and Submit form.
Fresh Private Candidates: Go to Jkbose.nic.in amd Download application form, Fill th Form online and then submit it at the school.
Institutional Charges: Heads of institutions will charge 30 Rupees as fee of the form in which ₹20 are charge per form and ₹10 per are collected as Institutional charge.
Exemption: PwD Students 40% or more are not required to pay any fee at the time of form submission.
